  • 29 February – Session 1: Setting up. types of companies, the incorporation process, the companies registration office, corporate governance, advisers, and share options. 

  • 20 March – Session 2: Setting out your stall. Websites, IP and GDPR. 

  • 24 April – Session 3: Working with others. Supply chain, customer base and employee management.  

  • 29 May – Session 4:  Fundraising. Business plans, due diligence, raising capital, and investors. 

  • 25 June – Session 5: Term sheet. In depth session on the key features of a term sheet. 

Attendees will also be able to book follow-up ‘Meet the Experts’ consults.
