AwakenHub’s island of Ireland accelerator lite for early stage women founders.

AwakenHub launched SheGenerate in 2021 as the first island of Ireland, women-focused accelerator lite programme for early-stage women founders. SheGenerate delivers a programme of structured workshop delivery (covering value proposition, customer discovery, marketing, finance, and most importantly, how to sell!), plus bespoke Big Sister Sessions and a female founder community wraparound support.

24 women from 23 early stage businesses have been selected to participate in SheGenerate5 running from January to June 2026.

This brings our total SheGeners across five cohorts to 167 women, 20+ sectors, aged 19-67 across Ireland.

Applications for SheGen6 will open in early Autumn 2026.
