Tailored programme for women founders in growth mode

WeScale

WeScale, for women founders who are serious about scaling their business.

WeScale is a programme delivered by AwakenHub, which combines world-class teaching with practical business application, bespoke mentoring and direct access to investor and corporate networks. Designed for women founders who are serious about scaling their business, strengthening their business fundamentals and preparing for investment.

With 18 places per cohort, WeScale creates a focused, high-trust, high-challenge community designed to support women founders who are building credible, scalable businesses, and help them engage confidently with investors. The programme is designed to help women founders move from growth ambition to investment readiness and execution.

WomenTechEu

Supporting deep-tech Start-ups led by Women

AwakenHub is thrilled to announce we are one of the core pan-EU partners in WomenTechEU.

Women TechEU 2 EIC is an EU-funded project designed to support women-led early-stage deep tech startups from Europe. Through the programme, selected startups will receive €75,000 in non-dilutive funding, together with a personalised business development programme including mentoring, coaching and training.

The new Women TechEU 2 EIC call will follow a two-stage application process. Applicants must first complete the Eligibility Strand to verify that they meet the programme’s participation requirements. Eligible applicants will then be invited to submit a Full Proposal.

Trade Missions

AwakenHub organises a self-funded Annual Trade Mission to the USA to coincide with St. Brigid’s Day.

It's a ‘money can’t buy’ opportunity for members of AwakenClub to gain access to high-profile diaspora businesses, networks, Irish and British Consulates, prospective investors or those with a keen interest in supporting women founders looking to gain traction in the USA.

We’re currently in advance planning stages for our 2026 St. Brigid’s Day Trade Mission to Boston and New York, which will take place in early February. View our past 2025 Mission, 2024 Mission and 2023 Mission.
