AwakenHub officially launched SheGenerate, the first ever island of Ireland accelerator lite programme in November 2021 aimed at very early stage women founders.

We’re back with SheGenerate3.0 (our third intake) which will run from October 2023 until June 2024 to include a series of online workshops, community events, big sister sessions and engaging with fellow cohort across an 8-9 month period.

It can be hugley rewarding but does require some grit and a willingness to actively participate.

Any very early stage woman founder on the island of Ireland or Irish connected looking to relocate back to Ireland within the year.

By early stage woman founder we mean - you have a sound business idea which you think has legs, and you have done some homework to demonstrate this. You could be focussing on it as a ‘side hustle’ whilst you build out your idea or gone full throttle and already working on if fulltime.

We welcome women from any sector or background, including social enterprises and those with a social impact mission. You can be part of a mixed or all women co-founding team.

We complete a competitive selection process. It is all explained in the Expression of Interest Form below including non-negotiable timeline of dates you must commit to in order to apply.

It will take 15 - 30 minutes to complete it. We dont need huge amounts of information but please give us enough to want to know more.

Everyone who applies will be invited to attend an information session online before we screen candidates for a short chat with two of our AwakenHub team.

Shortlist of candidates will be informed in October 2023 to start formal programme in November 2023.

We do our utmost to include as many women as possible becuase we know how hard it is to do this alone and to share your soul and dreams with others.

That being said we always have more applicants than spaces.

We don’t do regular PFO’s so will give everyone an option to be part of AwakenHub which is the community that SheGenerate is attached to, at whatever level is best for you.

There is an option for everyone.

SheGen3.0 is a dedicated programme of support but it is also only a small part of what the broader AwakenHub community offers.
