#FollowTrustWorki
Meet Rebecca Molloy, founder of TrustWorki, a workplace intelligence start-up on a mission to “engage all minds at work.” Based in Bray, Co. Wicklow, Rebecca combines her global career experience with a deep passion for inclusion, neurodiversity and equity in the workplace.
TrustWorki was born from Rebecca’s belief that when organisations create trust and psychological safety, they unlock the authentic contributions of every individual – driving stronger teams, better leaders and more resilient businesses. With her newly launched MVP (described as the “Fitbit for workplace culture”), Rebecca is helping organisations measure the pulse of their people and turn insight into meaningful change.

To get us started – how would you describe yourself in 6 words or less?
Curious, determined, resilient, think different, neurodivergent
Tell us about your business and what inspired you to start it:
I’ve always been fascinated by why some people flourish in certain environments while others struggle, despite incredible talents. I kept seeing talented individuals overlooked simply because they thought or communicated differently; or emerging leaders not thriving due to systemic barriers or unconscious bias.
The turning point came when I realised there was an intersection between neurodiversity and under-represented groups (women, minorities), particularly in visible leadership – and that organisations were missing out on unlocking untapped potential that benefits everyone.
TrustWorki was born from a simple belief: when we create psychological safety and trust in teams, we enable all minds to engage authentically. What started as a desire to create inclusive workplace cultures has evolved into what I now call “engaging all minds at work.” When everyone feels safe to bring their authentic thinking styles, that’s when the magic happens.
Tell us a little bit more about you (background, career path before founder life, interests):
I’m originally from Co. Wicklow and call Ireland home, though my journey has taken me through many paths before landing in founder life. I’ve travelled extensively – from backpacking to work trips – and have lived and/or worked in London, Australia, New Zealand, India, Hong Kong and more. I even picked up an Australian passport along the way! Now I’m settled back in Co. Wicklow with my husband and our menagerie of animals: one dog and two cats.
My career spans retail, fashion, duty-free, e-commerce and HR tech. All my pre-founder roles were commercial, involving planning, forecasting and margin accountability – skills that are invaluable when budgeting for a start-up.
I’m engaged in many community groups and volunteer with organisations that typically advocate for gender equity and representation. As we all know, women’s equity is still at least 125 years away according to the World Economic Forum.
Fill us in on your female founder journey:
There are days when you question everything, and the weight of building something meaningful feels overwhelming. But I’ve also discovered an incredible network of female founders who genuinely want to lift each other up. These connections have been invaluable – practically, physically and emotionally. Without strong fellow founder connections, I may not have pushed through some of the most challenging times over the past year.
Being a female founder means modelling a different way of leading and building a business – one that values diverse thinking and creates space for authentic contribution. It’s about proving that businesses built on psychological safety and trust aren’t just “nice to have” – they’re competitive advantages. Some days that feels like a huge responsibility; other days, it feels like the greatest privilege.
It’s been a long road, but I’m delighted that my MVP (minimum viable product) is now ready for beta testing. I call it the “Fitbit for workplace culture” – we track the pulse of your people and turn employee sentiment into actionable insights that help leaders grow, teams engage and businesses retain top talent.
Our approach is C3PO – Culture x 3 Ps (Pulse, Performance, Payback) = Opportunity.
How has being part of the AwakenHub community helped your business?
I joined AwakenHub to participate in SheGen 3.0 and have stayed for the community, the learning, the connections and the fun (SheVentures in Lusty Beg – best night!).
Most importantly, AwakenHub has provided a crucial peer support network. There’s something powerful about being surrounded by other founders who understand the unique challenges of creating positive change through business. Whether it’s celebrating small wins or working through difficult decisions, having that community has made the founder journey less isolating and more purposeful.
The quality of connections here is what sets it apart – genuine relationships rather than just networking.
Do you have an ‘ask’ for the community?
Yes! Specifically, I need beta-test pilot teams/businesses.
Perhaps you’ve noticed that despite having talented individuals, your team meetings feel a bit flat, or some voices aren’t being heard. Or maybe your start-up is scaling and you want to ensure you build a thriving, healthy workplace culture from the beginning.
What our pilot beta-test partners receive:
✅ Complimentary 2–3 Pulse surveys – gain employee sentiment insight
✅ Executive Insights Report – overview & actionable indicators
✅ Exclusive early access to our workplace intelligence platform
✅ Input into product development and feature prioritisation
✅ Dedicated success partnership with our team
✅ Comprehensive analytics and insights package
✅ Preferential pricing and terms for full deployment
The ideal pilot organisation:
→ 10–500 employees with growth ambitions (min. 6 people to keep responses anonymous)
→ Leadership committed to culture-driven performance
→ Willing to share insights and case study opportunities
→ Ready to move from reactive to predictive people strategies
For eligible beta-test pilot partners, this is complimentary – all it takes is a small amount of time.

As a founder, what are your non-negotiables? What values or principles do you live by? Who or what inspires you?
I’m inspired by the everyday courage of neurodivergent individuals and under-represented groups who show up authentically in workplaces not designed for them. Their resilience reminds me why building TrustWorki and C3PO matters.
I’m also inspired by leaders willing to examine their own assumptions and change long-standing practices – that takes real courage.
What I know for sure is that when people feel truly seen and valued for their unique contributions, extraordinary things happen. Our values at TrustWorki reflect this:
Trust
People over Process
Clarity with Compassion
Cognitive Diversity fuels Innovation
Measure What Matters
Make Work Worth It
These inspire me and keep me on track.
Where do you see yourself in 12 months and 5 years?
In 12 months, I hope I’m out of the spare room and revenue-earning! The next year is all about testing, iterating and engaging customers for long-term, sustainable relationships.
In 5 years, I’d like to have expanded into the UK, EU, India, Australia and US markets.
If you completed SheGenerate, how did you find it?
Yes, I participated in SheGen 3.0 and found it invaluable. At the time, it was early days for TrustWorki – everything was new, constantly pivoting and learning. SheGen gave me the support, direction and safe space to explore all of this while sharing the journey with inspiring female founders.
If you attended SheVentures, how did you find it?
SheVentures was wonderful – one of the best away trips I’ve joined. The speakers, discussions and thought-provoking conversations were outstanding. It gave me the realisation that I can do this – build a business, persevere through pivots and launch a pilot. And yes, Karaoke at 1am was a blast (you know who you are, ladies!).
What are your top three tips for other women founders?
Wim Hof breathwork – just 11 minutes (find it on YouTube, “Wim Hof breathwork for beginners”). It grounds me and helps calm my overactive mind.
Choose wisely where you put your time. Everything takes longer than you think, so keep checking in on your energy and priorities – without losing sight of loved ones, rest and recovery.
Journaling – even 5 minutes before bed helps shift thoughts out of my head and capture them if I need them later.
Six words to live by:
Smell the roses, carpe diem
